چکیده

With the increasing of renewable energy penetration, adequate reserve capacity is more important to modern power system facing with various uncertain factors. Mobilizing enthusiasm units and demand response participate in auxiliary service can reduce providing pressure conventional supplies, which conducive reliable economical operation system. The factors such as random failure, prediction error both load output are considered, taking unit reserve, flexible loads resources, this paper establishes risk cost models optimize up down requirement make optimal allocation among loads. A joint market clearing model day-ahead electric established participate, solved by robust optimization theory. takes reliability economy into account, optimizes scheme for decision makers, provide a reference resist uncertainty.
